Ready made pieces will generally be posted within 1-2 business days. Custom made designs may take up to 4 weeks to be produced, please let us know you require it sooner.

Standard Post - Approximately 2-4 business days within Australia (Metro Areas) (Tracking Included)
Express post Approximately 1-2 Business days within Australia. (If selecting this option, please check the Auspost website to see if your area fits within the express post network). (Tracking Included)
IMPORTANT: Due to the handmade nature, all sales are final.
RURAL AREAS: Please note the below postage costs may not apply for rural areas within Australia, please contact us for further information re these postage fees.

We love it when our millinery travels overseas!
Most headpieces come complete with their own gorgeous hat storage box and can be sent worldwide. Just add an item to your cart for shipping fees for your country.

Returns Policy
At Divine Millinery, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of receipt of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
Unworn: The headpiece must not have been worn.
In original condition: It must be free from any makeup, perfume, hairspray, or other product stains.
Tags attached: All original tags must still be attached to the headpiece.
Original packaging: The item must be returned in the same packaging in which it was sent, as this is considered an integral part of the product.
Return Shipping:
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. For your protection, we strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method, as Divine Millinery cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Resolution for Returns:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will issue a credit note in the name of the original purchaser. This credit note will be emailed to you and can be used for future purchases on our website. Please note that we do not issue refunds, and the original order shipping costs are non-refundable. We also do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Please be aware that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty:
